Project Angkor was founded in 2009 and has been serving the people of Cambodia ever since. To date, the organization has provided medical aid and education to over 27,000 Cambodians.

While Project Angkor's mission continues to grow each year, it will always be dedicated to helping the improvement of health and well-being of the people of Cambodia.

 Volunteer With Project Angkor

The 2024 Mission is coming together. However, no additional New Applications are being accepted at this time (our Team is Full).

Project Angkor comprises a team of both medical and non-medical volunteers. Each volunteer pays his or her own expenses. Sign up to receive general information here. You can also join the next medical mission here. The medical care provided by the Project Angkor team on each mission includes:

  • Pediatrics

  • Family Practice

  • Internal Medicine

  • Dentistry

  • Ophthalmology

  • Pharmacy

Please join our international effort!

Specifically, this year’s clinic/mission will be looking for the following disciplines:

  • 2 individuals - Family Practice doctors

  • 2 individuals - Internists

  • 2 individuals - Pediatricians

  • 2 individuals - Registered Nurses (RNs)

Note: If your application to join the upcoming mission is accepted, you will need to pay a $400.00 fee to help pay for medical and operational supplies for the mission. We will arrange travel and lodging for you prior to the mission, and will provide payment details for those expenses when they are finalized.

Mission Volunteer Readiness Guide

Every volunteer is required to read the ‘Mission Volunteer Readiness Guide.’ Please read/sign/return three (3) forms in the Guide:

1) Code of Conduct,

2) Hold Harmless Agreement (Adult +/or Minor versions),

3) Photograph & Video Release.
